Embedded Email Survey
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We need an Embedded Email Expert to assist us:-
The EMAIL SURVEY:
- We wish to send, weekly embedded email surveys.
- We want to ask a question and give 2 to 5 replies to choose from with a radio button
- The responded must reply within the email and not have to go to our webpage
- The responder must then click the [SUBMIT & SEE WHAT OTHER VOTED] button
- We then want to link them to THANK YOU letter on a page on OUR own website
- The THANK YOU page must then also display the results of the survey so far… in numbers, percentage and a simple graph
- The responder may only vote once, unless he forwarded the survey to a friend who can the only vote once
- We need a working template only, for our in-house designer to populate and re-use
The RESULTS:
- We need to build a log of responses (votes) ideally listing:
o The survey ID (a number or name of the survey he responded to)
o Who responded (His email address)
o His IP address (to tell the country and city he is from)
o His vote (a number from 1 to 5)
o A date and time stamp of when he responded
The EMAIL SERVICE:
- We are currently using Mail Blaze as our Email service… but they cannot serve all of our needs. We would love to hear your suggestions on who you wish us to use and interface with.
