Order Creation: Users create an order and select from predefined packages (400, 600, 1000 emails).
Payment Gateway: Integrate
Dynamic List Management: Based on the package and user requirements, allow them to select recipients from a contact list, stored in database.

Item Selection Page: Dynamically display lists based on user selection criteria from Order.
Rejection Filter: Include a “rejected” table for exclusion. This is for bounce

Make sure it's budget friendly, Ex. the two payment gateways don't have to be operation both at the same time, this is just like a safe option
so, if one fail, I can shift to the second one by changing the file name, I hope you get the general idea
FYI, script is Mysql and pure PHP
English is not fully supported in the script, so go for Arabic and translate it when viewing the script
