Email delivery app and CRM to manage responses
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We collect data each day, filter it and append some classifications and identifiers to each record.
Now we need an email tool that can use these classifications and identifiers to select the email recipients, merge some specific content based upon the classification and send the proper content to the email recipient.
Next, we need to manage the email responses. These will include the hard unsubscribe and soft subscribes.
The project is better defined in the attached document.
The project can be based upon open source or coded.
We have been looking at Mautic for the email solution- Our objective is to automate the email tasks. This can be done by creating cron jobs based upon marketing campaigns, to land in inboxes and meet email protocols for proper B2B compliance. Or possibly by utilizing Task Scheduler in Windows. We need the freedom to easily schedule and automate email.
We have been looking at Odoo or Vtiger for a CRM solution. Our objective is that the CRM can manage the incoming email responses , send SMS SMM, and help manage the sales campaigns, provide some analytics of for each campaign and help the sales team improve their performance.
As a Developer, you have read the proposal, can offer viable solutions, have actual experience with this type of project and are not relying upon sub-contracting to developers who are not already part of your team without full disclosure to us. Full disclosure is required.
We will use Agile methods and must have a full collaboration with all team members prior to the award and through all phases of the project. Each contributor must attend the meetings that will involve their work contribution.
Our goal is to establish an email tool and a method to track responses. Allow the team to work with clients and provide each team member to see and contribute to the work flow.
Please see the attached specification. We can break these elements into design phases or incorporate a full solution based upon a project plan.
