Email data to CRM integration

We are a property sales company and we receive property's from developers for sale and we have to load the information we receive via email into a crm database. We also have other developers who have information on their website that we have to download and enter into our CRM, this will then auto populate on our website.

We want to know if its possible to develop ta tool or app to automate this process. Being first to market is our point of difference and manually entering the information is very time consuming and slow.
