Email Verification

Background: We are a company that markets services to consumers in some areas, we buy listings from vendors where not all of the emails are legit. We need to filter the file to reduce the bounce level of emails. There are currently available outside service providers who are running these files and verifying if they will bounce.
As we continually receive updated files just running it each time will not make sense as we have to pay additional funds, therefore we would like to create a system that will contain a DB and filter the records to be searched.

We will first load the file to the DB with multiple email columns and other relevant fields for our CRM and start to search email by email. The result to be saved in the system.
The system will then export the same file while excluding the bounced records.
When a new file is imported in the future the system will only search the newly added records and also allow to research again all other records by category.
