Email Tracking Code

We send out emails from our CRM. We need help with pixel and code for Email Tracking.
Please apply only if you have experience in similar projects.
You will be required to set up email tracking on our server. We will insert the code your script provides,in the email so the pixel will fire when email is opened.
We need you to collect all information from the user such as time opened ,links clicked , browser ,location, ip address, device type etc etc.
We need to download excel /csv/ text files from server to get above data.
1) We send out emails in batches which are termed projects. Each email has email address and record number. We will create each project with Project Name and the fields we want to pass over ( Email or Record ID as you desire since both are unique) .
Your program will provide us the pixel code to insert in email . Once the user opens the emails the program will track opens, length of opens, ip browser, device type and other tracking info.
2) We should have ability to download the data and add to our CRM to analyze.
3)The data and summary data for all projects to be available on server dashboard for each project
