Email Tracking - Check how many times my emails in hotmail/outlook has been opened

I'd like an email marketing expert or someone extremely well-versed in this area to help me set up an email tracking script or recommend me a software to check how many times my outlook/sent emails have been open/read by my recipients. For Gmail, there are free email CRM softwares like Boomeranggmail but I cannot seem to find any such softwares that support hotmail. Thank you.
