Email Solution for company subscribers

We are a company who have been dealing in supplementary education programs since 2010.We receive inquiries on our website and have emails of inquires more than 30k
Problems
- We send some autoresponder emails to our inquiries from our ERP system ( using SMTP ), but some users don't receive that.
- If we want to send an email to all our franchises (2000+) in one go then we can't. Because Dedicated and shared hosting don't allow this.
- If we want to update about some new project to all our valid customers ( more than 30k) , we can't.
We want a complete solution of following
- A proper SMTP setting by which our all autoresponder emails should go in inbox ( on all types of email like gmail, yahoo, rediff and msn )
- Solution to send email to all our franchises (2000+) in one go.- Solution for bulk emailing of our subscribers are more than 30k and daily increase. It should add automatically in our subscribers list as inquiry comes on the website.
