Email Server Solution

I need a freelancer with significant experience in resolving email server issues, particularly with troubleshooting and fixing issues related to emails not sending or receiving.
I am able to send and receive emails to myself internally through Cpanel webmail, but I cannot send or receive messages to any outside servers. And my email no longer connects with my mac mail account. When I try to receive from an outside server the other email receives a bounce back message saying that it couldn't find the domain.
This happened after the domain my email is a part of temporarily expired and I renewed it.
In your application, please include your past work in resolving similar issues for other clients. Note that I'm particularly keen on seeing examples of how you've managed to improve email performance for clients, or fixed problems related to email sending and receiving.
