Email Newsletter plugin

I want an experienced Codeigniter developer who can develop a system which will send newsletters to the existing members of my portal. I am running a stock photo portal purchased from itechscripts which is developed using Codeigniter. The newsletter must contain some recently posted photos. Database schema will be provided after selection.
