Elevator Maintenance Management Software
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
1. We are Elevator maintenance company in Bahrain since 2003.
2. We are maintaining 1000+ units of various brands of elevator, escalator, dumbwaiter.
3. We have a team of 17 Field Workers + 3 Supervisors + 5 office staff for operations control.
4. We should have the control to add/delete/suspend above accounts as per our requirement.
5. We want to update our existing maintenance unit database of existing AMC in a software – identifiable by Unit ID. When a new AMC is signed in the future, we want to add it to the database.
6. We will give the service report forms (Elevator, Escalator, etc) which can be accessible by our team whenever they are attending to a Routine maintenance task, breakdown task or repair task. All reports should have our company logo and address along with Toll Free number shown in proper alignment once downloaded as PDF.
7. Screen 1 – Login with user id & Static Password and remember in device. This will record field worker attendance for the day at 8AM onwards and Logout at 5PM or as applicable.
8. The monthly Routine maintenance task list for each Field worker will be assigned by us in paper, we do not want it to be through the software.
9. Screen 2 – Dashboard for technician
10. Screen 3 – Enter the Lift Id
11. Screen 4 - Dropdown list for technician to select the type of task (Routine Maintenance, Breakdown, Repair)
12. Screen 5 – Relevant Service report form (as per point 5 above) should appear on the screen.
13. The Field worker will perform his task and fill up the form (Input as - Good / No Good / Not applicable).
14. Add his recommendation and spare parts requirement or replacement as applicable. Attach photos to be reflected in Service report.
15. Cross check the form and photos and save it to move to next unit routine maintenance. If single unit project should proceed for self and customer signature.
16. Once task is closed after gathering signature from client the end task button should apply and the service report should be available on the admin screen for download in PDF format.
17. The same procedure to be followed by Breakdown team and Repair team.
18. The admin dashboard should be able to view the number of staff present on duty and number of completed tasks and tasks ongoing.
19. Invoicing and accounting feature is not required at the moment.
20. Quotation for AMC, Spare parts or repair is also not required through the app.
21. Should be able to retrieve report for No. of units gained, No. of units lost, No. of routine services carried out, Breakdowns attended and repair works conducted along with field worker attendance on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
