WP Elementor Enhancement & Sales Page Creation

I'm looking for a WordPress Elementor expert to assist with some vital enhancements on our site. The project involves creating an active sales collateral page aimed at supporting our sales team, as well as tidying up and improving several aspects of the site.
Key Tasks:
- Develop a dynamic sales page that incorporates links to video and animation products.
- Recategorize and relocate our video media products for easier access and better organization.
- Implement parallax and animation effects on the front page to enhance visual appeal and user experience.
- General site tidy-up.
Both of our sites need to be ready for PHP 8.3 with all plugins updated to the latest versions. I am seeking a freelancer with proven experience in WordPress, Elementor, and PHP who can deliver quality work in a timely manner.
