We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled part-time Laravel and Vue.js developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of our educational platform focused on courses. This role requires a strong technical foundation and a proven track record in delivering high-quality code and engaging user experiences.
Project Overview:
We are building an intuitive and engaging educational platform equipped with essential features to enhance the learning experience. We are looking for a developer to contribute to various aspects of the platform, including bug fixing, performance optimization, and the implementation of new features.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, debug, and resolve existing code issues and bugs within our Laravel backend and Vue.js frontend.
Analyze and implement solutions to improve the overall quality, performance, and scalability of the application.
Develop and integrate new features and functionalities based on project requirements, specifically including:
Course Creation: Implementing the ability for administrators to add, update, and organize courses effectively.
Quizzes and Assignments: Integrating or developing tools for creating and managing assessments within the platform.
Ensure the platform features a User-Friendly Interface: Contributing to easy navigation and an intuitive experience for learners.
Collaborate effectively with the existing development team.
Ensure code maintainability and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
Significant professional experience in developing web applications using the Laravel framework (PHP).
Expertise in building interactive and responsive user interfaces with Vue.js (JavaScript).
Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs.
Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
