Editable Table using PHP, Bootstrap, and MySQL for data

**Only bid if you have experience using PHP & Bootstrap.**
I have a small application and need 2 pages with editable table to manage small reference tables.
I will provide mysql database sample table and. Only 2 web pages need to be built.

Sample data will be replace with the following record count:

- Page 1 - Editable table for case_management_case_type table
- Page 2 - Editable table for case_management_workflow_list

Required features:
- Sortable Column and Search
- Pagination
