Edit a code of an online software

I have a code of a simple software (implementing 2 pdf files into one A4 page, depending on border).
the software was originally working on an online site, where the users could add 2 pdf files into one page, then printing it on an A4 page, while keeping the quality high and the correct borders between the two.
the app was build by a coder which is busy to continue, however i do have the source code, but not the database.
issue is that few coders couldnt work it out, therefore i need someone to manage to make the app work and afterwards i will need maintenance/adding more features.
So, what I need is a talented coder to make the app/the code work on a rented server. I will pay 40$ for just implementing / adding it to the server and to see it works as before. (working together for additional features amd and etc will be discussed afterwards).
