Edit bootstrap front-end using our theme styling

Hello, I'm looking for a developer who knows Bootstrap and Laravel (Localization strings) to work on my front-end.
I need the following
- Create 1 page with elements from examples and integrate them to the website using our styling.
(E.g. if I need a FAQ. I need this FAQ element to be in the same overall style and colours as the website, not with different font, sizing or other. It MUST be the same design so overall branding is witheld.)
- Apply content using Laravel localization strings. I will send you the content and you will apply it to the website while using translation strings. https://laravel.com/docs/8.x/localization#using-translation-strings-as-keys
Bonus work if done within timeframe and correct
- Apply further UI elements per example
I need someone that is able to start now. PHP and Boostrap experience are a fixed requirement, as well as the ability to follow instructions. Please add the results of 2-1 in your letter for higher chances.
