Edit School Management System Codeigniter PHP script

I need my Codeigniter School Management System PHP script to be customized for South African CAPS schools.

I need the script's Exam Master to meet South Africa's CAPS Student Mark entries for the Progress Reports. E.g

I need it to be changed to subject wise from examwise.

I need term and final year end mark weighting added as some tests/assignments and exams (assessments) have a different mark weighting than others over the overall grade of a student and are different per subject.
eg Term weighting;
Grade 10 Maths
1st Term
Test - 40%
Assignment - 60%

It's crucial as its covid times for the Term weight not requiring to equal 100% as some tests might be cancelled eg
2nd term
Assignment - 60%
Test - 20%
Control Test - Cancelled
If an assessment is cancelled the term mark can either show only the weighted assessments marks as is (with the above example; 60% of the Assignment mark+ 20% of the Test) or the weighted assessments marks as
100% (represent the 80% as 100%)

Final year end mark weighting (only based on assessments and not Term weighting and must equal 100%)
eg Grade 10 Maths
2 Tests 10% each
1 Assignment 10%
Mid year Exam 20%
Final exam 50%

Also some weightings might have decimals eg
Grade 10 English
All Tests 7.45%
All Assignment 12.37%
Oral Exam 9.39%
1st to 3rd term Exams 10% each
Final exam 10.79%

So basically I need the system to have the ability to add any assessments (tests, assessments, exams etc) per subject per term and under /mark_entry/ to include Term weighting and year end weighting and for marks to be also added manually bypassing the system calculation.

I would also like to add bulk imports for marks,teachers,parents,subjects,employees,books etc
