Ecommerce Website Development

Hi,
we are a young and ambitious 50 people start-up from Berlin with multiple e-commerce stores with really cool products. We are looking for a developer whom we can integrate into our company and who would allocate a certain amount of time each week (10-20 hours) to our company and work together with our website manager, SEO & performance marketing team to implement things from the technical site.

Whom are we looking for:
- You are a WordPress pro
- You have experience with multi-sites
- You have experience with shops processing 10,000+ orders per month
- You have experience in adjusting themes
- You are reliable and have fun working in teams
- You like developing a product
- You speak either English or German on a very good level

We also developed a custom software tool to manage marketing spending (with ruby on rails). This lies a little dead in the water from a maintenance site no. Would be the cherry on the cake if you can also have an eye on this.
