Ecommerce Application Database Expansion

I am in need of a professional freelancer who has proficiency in Flutter, PHP, Bootstrap, PL/SQL, SQL, and SQL+ by Oracle. This project involves multiple tasks.
Key Tasks:
- Addition of eight tables to the already existing ecommerce application which I have built using Flutter and PHP. These tables would be linked to the project through PL/SQL and SQL and managed by SQL+ Oracle.
- The tables to be added are: Users table, Products table, Orders table, Categories table, Reviews table, Cart table, and two additional tables that we'd finalize together.
- For the Categories table specifically, the necessary information fields to include are: Category ID, Category Name, and Category Description.
