I am an IT student and I have a simple project I need help with

I am required to build a website. So The visitor should
be able to view its items, rate it and add a review to it. the site must have an admin page where the
admin can add/delete/update its items. An items’ page should contain the item name,
description, logo, rating, and the list of reviews

Add Item page: contains a form that enables the admin to insert a new
item’s name, description, logo.

b. Delete Item page: contains a form that shows a list of available items,
the admin selects a certain item then he/she can delete it.

c. Edit Item page: consists of two forms, first a form that shows a list of
available items, the admin selects a certain item so its data appears in
the second form. The second form shows the item’s data in an editable
form. The admin then can edit the existing text then clicks ‘edit’.
