ETH and USDT API

I need an API to generate address and confirm payments for USDT and ETH just like blockchain API does.
When a user get to the page, a unique address is generated (ERC20) and monitored for payments. A call back is sent and updated when payment is received into the given address.
I need it simplified for php page.
