ESPOCrm Setup, Migrate and Configure

Hi,
We need assitance w/ setting up, configuring and migrating from our current CRM system (vTiger 7.4) to ESPOCRM.
We don't use ESPOCRM BUT want to start using it as self-host.
We need
- Recommendation on a host
- Instillation of ESXPCRM w SSL/security
- Admin - Setup and configure: filed, email to work, automation & workflow, portal/s,
- Migrating data/info from current CRM
Must have experience working w EspoCRM
Experience with vTiger CRM is a benefit
This job will be broken into multiple milestones.
Once set up we'd need hep with additional admin items to get the system running.

To get the ball rolling we'd need to setup hosting service - is there one you suggest using?
We are a small operation and are not heavily using the CRM at at the same time. There is not heavy traffic or load.
