- Sales and Customer Management: This feature should cover everything from managing customer records, to tracking all interactions with customers, and processing sales orders.
- Financial Management: The software should be capable of encompassing all the financial transactions within the organization, including expenses, income, and general ledger.
Required Integrations:
- E-commerce Integration: The system should provide a seamless flow of data between the PrestaShop e-commerce platform and the ERP system, thereby automating various operations like order entry, inventory updating, and customer information syncing.
