EOS Blockchain Bot

Need a bot to scan for particular EOS transactions and provide an alert when happens. The EOS account to scan is https://bloks.io/account/playuplandme . The Data filters that would be used would be A45 which translates to the in-game property address and P11 which shows the property sale amount. The criteria would scan for property listing amounts under a declared threshold and alert me for being able to purchase.
