Dynamically create google wallet and apply wallet digital loyalty cards with QR

Hi, we run EPOS software. We want to be able to upload a list of people and generate digital wallet cards for each user. They would receive an email and on there a button saying add card to my digital wallet. It needs to work for both Apple and Google.
The loyalty card needs to include a QR code which will conceal a unique id consisting of account code and user code.
They will open their digital wallet on their phone. Choose their loyalty card and the QR will display.
The digital cards will need to customisable with background colour, descriptive text and logo.
