Dynamic meta tags for codeigniter project

Hello,
We have a website, with a lot of product single pages, that are created everyday, each pages can be shared either on facebook or twitter.
We currently have meta tags, but they are fixed so all the same for every pages.
We would like to have them changed for each single page.
We would like the meta image, description, title, url to be according to the page you are in.
On our main website page, the meta tags are already done, we need to update the single page meta tags
