Dynamic QR code for woocommerce customer emails

I need to have a plugin that generate a dynamic QR code for each woocommerce order and to add it to customers emails.
QR code to shows the below dynamic information:
1- Customer name
2- Total order amount
3- Tax amount
4- Order date and time
5- Website name
6- Static text < to be in plugin setting for adding additional static information
Note: the QR code should be scannable from any mobile camera to show these 6 fields
