Dynamic Pricing Implementation for Size & Weight Variations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced developer who can implement a size and weight-based product variation system for our jewellery website and mobile application.
Project Stack:
Backend: PHP (CodeIgniter 3)
Mobile App: Flutter
Admin Panel: Web-based (CI3)
Project Requirements:
Admin Panel:
While adding/editing a product (e.g., chain, bracelet, mangalsutra), the admin should be able to:
Enter a base weight for default size (e.g., Size 1 = 0.200g).
Enter a price per gram (e.g., ₹6000/gram).
Add multiple size variations with different weights.
The system must auto-calculate the price for each size using:
Price = Weight × Price Per Gram
Frontend (Website & App):
Customers must be able to select a size on the product detail page.
Based on the selected size, weight and price should update dynamically.
Selected size and price should reflect during checkout and in the order summary.
Database:
Proper structure must be created to store size, weight, and calculated price per product.
Code Flow Understanding:
You must first study the existing code and product flow before implementation.
Ensure no impact on current product/order logic.
Complete testing must be done on website and app after integration.
Deliverables:
Fully working size-weight-price variation feature on Admin Panel, Website, and Mobile App.
Tested and bug-free integration with live flow.
Clean and well-documented code.
