Dynamic PHP/MySQL Website Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a 25-30 page HTML website. The site will include:

- 4 pages with an online payment gateway
- Payment gateway integration with Razorpay
- PHP and MySQL database required

- Admin control panel to:
- Update tabular content
- Manage users

- User authentication via:
- Facebook, Google, and manual email/password login

- SSL certificate installation

- Hosting on our server

The GUI design is complete, and a few HTML pages are already designed.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and Razorpay integration
- Strong knowledge of HTML and web security (SSL)
- Experience with developing admin control panels
- Familiarity with social media authentication
