Dynamic and PHP/MERN Ecommerce Website 40 Products

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a dynamic ecommerce website using the MERN stack. The website will have approximately 40 products.

Pages Features needed:
- Shopping cart and checkout functionality
- User registration
Easey to navigate for customers and easy to update for Admin: Pages to include Home Page, Product Pages, Product Categories, Shopping Cart , Checkout Page, Payment Gateway, Order Confirmation Page, Customer Account Login/Registration Page , About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Information, Terms and Conditions, Newsletter Signup

Platform preference:
- MERN or Php Core

Design and branding guidelines:
- No specific guidelines, open to anything

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack development
- Experience in building ecommerce websites with shopping cart and checkout functionality
- Knowledge of user registration and login systems
- Ability to create a dynamic and visually appealing website design
