Dynamic Blog Magazine Development

I have created a blog using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. I now need it to be dynamic, allowing me to add new blog posts without needing to understand any code. I also want to be able to arrange elements on the page. I'm considering using the Strapi platform for this, and I'm expressly NOT INTERESTED in any WordPress solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Implement a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface for managing blog posts.
- Allowing me to manage and add text, images, and videos.
