Dutch Vocabulary Learning Mobile App

I'm looking to develop a mobile app focused on building Dutch vocabulary. It should primarily utilize flashcards as the main learning tool.

Key Features:
- A flashcard-based vocabulary learning system
- User progress tracking features: daily streaks, performance analytics, and level achievements

Ideal Skills:
- Mobile app development experience
- Understanding of educational app design
- Experience with gamification elements in apps
- Knowledge of Dutch language (preferable but not necessary)
