Drupal add to cart not working -- 2

a friend of mine has this site (https://www.menlu.nl) and has an issue after this was migrated by the client. the add to shoppingbasket does not work anymore.
The website has moved through the way it usually happens. We first transferred the files, then we looked at the structure of Drupal (Where does what refer to). Here we came to the conclusion that we only had to adjust some things to the core, after adjustment all errors were gone and then there was 1 error left; unable to order. To date we have not been able to find a solution for this. The Database and mail went after it, they are not important for Drupal.
please check it and let me know if you can do this to send you both admin panel and hosting pass and user
