Drupal Website Modifications

I'm seeking a seasoned Drupal developer to assist with my old website. Specifically, I need to make four changes:
1. **Pop Up Creation**: The pop up should display important announcements. Experience with creating user-friendly, non-intrusive pop ups will be crucial.
2. **Cookie Banner Redesign**: The cookie banner needs a design overhaul. A strong understanding of GDPR compliance and creative design skills will be beneficial.
3. **Map Updates**: Some pages require an update of map locations. Proficiency with geolocation services and mapping software is essential.
4. **Lightbox Integration**: A lightbox needs to be inserted in several galleries. Prior experience with lightbox implementation in Drupal is a plus.
