I need a Drupal 9 Developer, I have design ready in HTML, developer needs to develop the functionalities in Drupal, most of the pages are content based, we can upload the content our self, developer needs to integrate the theme and needs to make 2 - 3 dynamic section like tenders uploading etc...
For security reason I can't upload the design here, I will share the design to individual on request.
Time of development will be 10 -15 days max.
