Dropshipping website

Anyone able to set me up and manage a purely dropshipping only website linked to many dropship suppliers of all types of goods throughout the world…..upload their complete stocklists and enable paid members only to resell in a very easy to use format?
If so i wonder why you programmers aren't doing such a thing?
Just an idea but would like to here your comments, pros and
cons...
Possible?
