My company needs an AI-driven internal chatbot for our website + creation of Database Technology + API creation and integration:
Our database should be structured in a way that both your internal chatbot and external AI models can easily access and retrieve relevant information.
API - Since we want a database-centered solution, we need an API that allows both your internal chatbot and external AI models to retrieve data dynamically. We need this created and set up accordingly. Access for External AI Systems: We want external AIs (e.g., Google, OpenAI, or other platforms) to be able to use our data.
The primary role of our internal chatbot will be to recommend products and analyze competitor brands in real-time, as well as give general information and answer any questions about omega-3 and fish oil. The chatbot should also be able to provide general information and assist with customer service.
Key Requirements:
- The chatbot should access a shared database with an external AI.
- The interaction will be purely question-answer based, without direct data sorting from the user's end.
- The chatbot will select data based on the user's questions and their target group.

- Previous experience in developing chatbots, particularly for product recommendations and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with AI integration and database management.
- Strong understanding of customer service interface design.
