AI-Driven E-Commerce Website Audit

We run several e-commerce websites ( eshops ), and we’re looking for a freelancer or team experienced in AI-based website auditing.

The goal is to:

Automatically identify and extract all CMS-based pages (e.g. homepage, category pages, terms & conditions, privacy policy, etc.)

Check product detail pages for system-generated messages (e.g. out-of-stock messages, availability indicators, pricing errors)

Go through the full ordering process to identify any functional issues, confusing steps, or UX bottlenecks

Detect and document any language inconsistencies (grammar/spelling), broken layouts, missing translations, or other UI/UX problems

Deliver a clear, structured report for each e-shop:

What pages or sections were reviewed

What issues were found

Suggestions for improvements

What exactly needs to be fixed (and possibly an estimate of effort)

Ideally, the process should be partly or fully automated using AI tools (e.g. using GPT-based audits, screenshot comparisons, etc.), but a manual review of some elements (checkout, messages) is also welcome.

We want a long-term partner who can help us regularly audit and improve the quality of our webshops.
