Download tile based images and convert to pdfs

need a script to download images/newspaper issues from the following link- https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=P9oYG7HA76QC. These images have to be downloaded piece by piece and stitched together for only then will one get the images in high resolution. Usual scraping of the images will not work since you get the images only in bad resolution which is useless. So i need all the newspaper issues from the above link downloaded as images and combined to pdfs.
