Domain rewrite

I have a domain, prosper-naturally.com, I want it to redirect (i.e. maintain url but load content for) to https://dev.solsoft.co.za/

So users must see www.prosper-naturally.com on the url but the content getting loaded are from domain https://dev.solsoft.co.za/

Can be achieved either through htaccess or other configuration.
