Dolibarr Invoice template, PHP experience needed

we are working on integration of Dolibarr as an ERP System. The standard Invoice, Order Confirmation, Delivery Note, Quotation templates do not fit our needs and German tax requirements. We are looking for custom templates. We have attached an example how this should look like. If more details are needed, please let us know. Our time line is about 4 weeks from now.
