Dolibarr Installation & Configuration for Intranet

I need a skilled freelancer to install and configure Dolibarr for our company's productive site on our intranet. Here are the specifics:

- We need the inventory management, manufacturing, service contracts and human resources management features to be properly configured.
- The system must be set up for 1-10 users to access on our intranet.
Customizations and integrations:
- We may require custom reports or dashboards, although the specifics for these are not yet entirely defined.

The TEST one will be installed on my domain, accessible by ftp, and ssh if necessary.
The ""PROD"" will be installed on an intranet server of the client company, accessible I suppose by teamviewer or similar.
The client is a waste recycling services company.
The particular thing about this business is that there are various types of clients,
Customer delivering waste to be proessed.
Client who contracts waste management at home.
Customer who buys recycled material.
Entities that receive final non-recyclable garbage.
Has waste reception, classification and separation process, manufacturing of final product
Dispatch of recycled materials, final products and garbage.
We do NOT want to activate the billing module, maybe export or exchange with the current system.
Please present a work plan, estimating times, delivery dates, and value to be paid per delivery.
