Dokan - Woocommerce Rest Api Auto product update

I'm looking for an expert in developing a REST API integration between my Dokan plugin and WooCommerce website. My products need to be regularly updated by my vendors. Ideally, I'd like these product updates to be done once a week, rather than in real-time. More importantly, I require guidance on setting up the API as I'm unfamiliar with the process.
