I need a web-based platform with a companion app to manage dog profiles and create compatible playgroups for a doggy daycare. The system should allow staff to track behavior, log activity, and generate optimized playgroups based on customizable compatibility criteria.
Core Features Required:
Dog Profiles: Photos, personal details, behavior & medical notes, energy level, play style, reactivity, resource guarding, toy/activity preferences, compatibility tags, and custom notes.
Profile Dashboard: Searchable/filterable grid with visual tags, summary view, and editable full profiles.
Playgroup Management:
Manual Mode: Search and add dogs, set group size, create/save groups.
Optimized Mode: Select dogs present for the day, set preferred group size (Small, Medium, Large, XL), and auto-generate groups using compatibility logic.
Compatibility Scoring: Bad, Neutral, good, best friend system, as well as basing it on play style, energy level, behavior, and history, with each category having a different weight into overall compatibility configuration.
Group History: View, edit, and rate past groups with filters for dog name, group size, or success rating.
Behavior Logs: Timestamped tags and notes with staff initials.
Design Requirements: Branded UI (Pet Place style), color-coded tags, responsive layout.
Ideal Developer Experience:
