Documentation to Install Open Mage LTS in Ubuntu 20

I am in need of a proper documentation on how to install in Vultr, Open Mage LTS, from scratch.
In both scenarios have a first clean install with Magneto 1.9.4.5
And the second scenario which is upgrading a deprecated platform.
No need of installing yourself but rather the documentation step by step.
As it is very vague, and dead end in the online community.
If you have a full documentation on how to do this, and satisfies the criteria's. then i will award the project.
