The site and program are complete, but our current developer is based in China and often can't respond quickly if we have an issue. He is very good, very helpful and speaks perfect English.
I would like to form a relationship with an Australian developer or development company.
The first job I would like done is for you to work with our existing developer to document the website and program. The documentation should be such that if we ever employ a new developer, they can easily understand how everything works.
The documentation needs to cover:
• The website
• The members area
• The Hosting setup
• The Racing Program and the Tabcorp API
• How the API data is handled in the program. (ie. what calculations etc are done to present the data in the program)
• How aMember (The billing platform) interacts with the website. (Only how it connects to the website. aMember has its own documentation for its product)
• Anything else a new developer would need to know to take over easily.
Required Skills:
• Angular.JS

• Linux server management
Nice to have skills:
• PHP
• REST apis
• Horse racing\Sports betting experience
• Mobile phone app development
