Document a p2p lending website

I'm looking for someone who can write documentation for a p2p lending web application. We're developing the project using flowcharts we've already done, however we need to document the project in layman terms to be submitted to a board for approval. You will be provided access to our platform, the flowcharts and any other technical information you might need.

A few things the documentation should contain: A user manual for the backend administrators, cyber security management mechanisms, data protection measures, and disaster recovery plan.
