I would like to setup a POC for Wiki like portal for uploading the documents.
Needed basic functionalities are described in attached document.
I am looking for solution close to my needs, if possible with Wordpress and some plugin, can also be paid plugin.
No special design is required in POC, as long implementation is suggested in such way, that it can be added later
