Document Checklist - Build a program to update a database record and keep an activity log of changes
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Will require to update 2 database tables; one of them will have a validation check with the other. The main table will require to keep a log of each change. Another view will be to query interactively and view records from main table. A view of the activity log must be available and able to print from the screen.
Will be accessed only within a LAN. Should be a WEB application.
Windows server available for hosting. Database will grow 500 records per month for 7 years before purging. Reporting to be done in Excel; need an export function with limited filtering functionality. Will provide screen views.
Will be open as to which technology / software will be used; as long as I have available onsite.
