Doctors management system

So we are trying to build a web based platform where we will be able to manage our doctors , there upcoming appointment , their time slot , their venues , and invoicing .for them .
I already found a laravel platform to start from , we will be removing things on and adding things on .
We already using a desktop based to do this at the moment . I will be doing a video of each feature and how it’s used and the fields . We want to replicate that system where possible .
If you not good at laravel , vue.js

This project will take at least 2 months I want someone I can work with as partners to achieve this .
